最佳答案如果你用的是原子的程序改的就好办
定时器库文件头文件的添加：FWLib分组下的stm32f10x_rcc.c下的stm32f10x_conf.h中将#include "stm32f10x_tim.h"放开。
定时器库文件源文件的添加：右击FWLib，add existing file to group ‘FWLib’，选择STM32F10x_FWLib下src下的stm32f10x_tim.c
