u32 testsram[250000] __attribute__((at(0X68000000)));是不是这数组定义太大了啊。

你是不是添加了malloc.c文件？malloc.c文件里面也定义了一个数组在0X68000000这个位置。你然后在main.c里面是不是也定义了一个数组0X680000000这个位置！
