精英板的串口2的配置问题

之前这个配好了，也可以接收和发送，但是今早上试着改了改，就不行了。发现有时可以进入接收中断，有时却不行，，帮我看一下，好郁闷，，@正点原子

已经好了，程序是没什么问题的，但是下完程序后要将下载程序的线断开，在接上在可以收发正常，按复位键都不行，这是为什么呀！，，不能理解
