ST-LINK V2 用SWD接口烧录STM32F103程序，一直失败！

采用SWD接口 VCC, SWCLK, SWDIO, GND，只烧录成功了一次，后面一直烧不进去了，求助，感谢！
这是设置选项：

一直连接不上设备，

15:53:00 : Can not connect to target!
If you're trying to connect to an STM32W1xx device, please select Normal or HotPlug mode from Target->Settings menu.
If you're trying to connect to a low frequency application , please select a lower SWD Frequency mode from Target->Settings menu.
15:53:02 : No target connected
