GPIO_ReadOutputDataBit()读取推挽输出端口的值时，一直为0

灯熄灭后无法点亮，程序无法执行到else语句。

这个函数我改了一下，把if判断的GPIO_Pin位于注释了，结果是对的。假设管脚是PF8，ODR=0x00000100,GPIO_Pin=0x0008,位于的结果一直为零。

也许根本没有二次进入中断。

目测这是用按键控制灯，按下亮，再按下灭。

没有中断时，只是用那个函数去控制LED灯，也是进不去

灯刚开始亮一下，就灭了，函数不会进入if里面
