stm32f103C8t6芯片使用jlink能对到芯片ID，但不能擦写程序

芯片原先一直是正常使用的，后来突然下载不了了，程序中没进行过其他操作。
有一天突然能擦写了但擦写一次就有不行了。
用jflash工具也能连接上芯片但就是下载不了。
