程序如下,很奇怪的是,再使用NE2的板子上初始化SRAM后读0x64000000,数据是00 13 0013 00 13……这样的数据,写数据0x0000后,读数据是00 xx 00 xx……(XX貌似随机的),我开始怀疑芯片问题,但把两个板子的芯片换了依然是这样的。同样的程序,在NE3那块板子上,写数读数都正确。
