现在Xilinx（AMD）出口管制，无法在官网下载软件了

求大神们赐予，2022.2版的petalinux、sstate、downloads。

问什么我的不行，总是提示“We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification. If this verification is in error, please review the Export Compliance Information page - https://account.amd.com/en/forms/export-compliance-review.html”。当然公司名称和地址是随便写的，难道是因为这个？
