vivado软件下open target能识别到arm和fpga吗

1，目前遇到xc7z010-2clg225，能识别到芯片但是烧录跑到90%，弹出报错，去掉验证勾选项流程能跑完，勾选烧录后验证一直报错。
    propram hw device failed due to earlier errors
2，我都怀疑是芯片本身的问题。

不会的  你换台电脑或者是下载器JTAG 试试
