STM32F407+LAN8720A LWIP内存初始化hardfault

进入mem_init()就提示hardfault

请教一下这个大概是什么问题，怎么查？

使用的是STM32CUBEMX自动生成的代码，LWIP版本是2.1.2
mem_init()代码如下，跑到mem->prev = 0;就hardfault
