petalinux配置SD卡镜像启动失败

平台使用的是zynqMP,vivado18.3,按照领航者开发指南定制linux系统章节，制作的SD启动文件，插进板子里上电，串口没有任何打印信息；也就是说u-boot都没启动起来
之前分别验证过qspi启动linux正常，SD卡读写正常，串口打印正常；
实在想不明白哪里不对了，求各位大佬帮忙分析下还有什么原因会造成这种情况？
使用的是8GB TF卡，BOOT和rootfs区都已经分好

我也遇这个问题了，有一段时间，重新上电串口没有任何显示，板子上的指示灯全亮...
后来不知怎么搞的，又好了，怀疑是串口/USB接地的问题...
