仔细看了下你的ADC缓冲区不对
uint32_t ADC_ConvertedValue[3];
这个应该定义成
uint16_t ADC_ConvertedValue[3];
启动DMA传输强制类型转换下
HAL_ADC_Start_DMA(&hadc1,(uint32_t *)ADC_ConvertedValue,3);
