网卡的phy芯片出现的差异，有些芯片需要很长的延时，这样就会降低问题出现的概率，但是还是存在加载网卡失败的情况，但是官方的板子没有这个问题，我们在立创买的芯片有这个问题。

检查下内核目录下 /arch/arm/boot/dts下的imx6ull.dtsi文件中的fec2设备节点名称和/drivers/net/phy/smsc.c中的smsc_phy_reset函数中FEC2 of_find_node_by_path函数调用的传参名称是否严格一致，尤其是地址020b4000, 注意！！！大小写必须严格一致。我强迫症不小心改成了020B4000, 导致和dtsi中节点名称不一致，找不到设备，smsc_phy_reset直接退出了。
