STM32F4能download程序，但是IO口没有工作

各位亲，急求答案，电路设计最小系统，然后写程序让系统点亮LED灯，但是程序能下载进去，IO口不工作。仿真的时候出现这个界面，有哪位大神可以知道怎么解决

好吧  打件的时候boot0/1上啦电阻也打上去了所以一直进不到flash，在排查问题的时候一定套从基本电路排查。。。

好像系统根本没有进入主函数运行。
