原子的工程模板建立方法中两个宏变量定义的一个误区

原子的stm32模板建立方法中要在Options面板中设置两个宏变量，这两个变量其实在stm32f10x.h中都有定义，不用另外定义。

这段中根据不同芯片取消掉对应的注释即可。

这段去掉#define行的注释即可

这样建立工程模板感觉更方便。

这个我觉得看个人习惯吧

高手估计无所谓，习惯了。我刚学，觉得这样直观方便些，毕竟下面有注释，什么样的芯片选什么样的文件很清楚，而且窗口切来切去也麻烦，初学的应该还是比较容易了解。

这样的好处是不需要去代码中间直接修改。。。
