新手求助，基于F4开发板的LWIP RAW_TCP_client例程，想发送即时的格林威治时间，请问怎么改？

刚接触LWIP不久，想往云端发一些数据，但是需要发送即时的格林威治时间，C语言水平有限，还望大神不吝赐教
