今天 突然间 JTAG就下不进去程序了。。。求解

板子是mini板，以前都是能下进去程序的。今天突然不好使了，下面是提示的内容。

PB0?还是不好使，还有串口也下不进去程序了，
是板子哪里出问题了吗？改检查板子的哪里呢？

不是PB0，是BOOT0
