用JTAG烧写mini2440+韦东山u-boot.bin并进而用u-boot和Dnw烧写韦东山的uImage内核+fs_qtopia.yaffs文件系统遇到的问题

这几天看了下韦东山老师的第一期视频，讲的挺好的，为了多锻炼下实操能力，于是乎就把箱底的mini2440给翻出来了。
1、为什么不用JZ2440呢？主要是因为没钱，再一个，韦东山老师也说了，都一样，换汤不换药；
2、为什么不用openJTAG呢？也是因为没钱，主要是不值得，就一个区区小东西，180块大洋啊，老师的板子也才300门；
3、手头正好也有JTAG V8，先试试，在网上找了片用JTAG烧写U-BOOT.bin到NOR FLASH的，最后几经周折成功了。看到了点小彩虹。但是后面的问题我就“好多母鸡”了，有点Hold不住了，请大家帮帮忙。
过程如下：
1、烧写完U-boot.bin到Nor Flash后，拔掉JTAG,然后从Nor Flash启动，在U-BOOT的选择界面中，先nand scrub一下。

2、之后呢，在选择n把u-boot烧写到nand flash中去；
3、然后改从nand flash启动，
4、在nand flash的u-boot选择界面中，依次选择k、y分别烧写uImage和fs_qtopia.yaffs
5、重新从nand flash启动，发现下面问题，出现很多bad block，之后蜂鸣器就开始死命的叫叫叫！！！
