用JTAG烧写mini2440+韦东山u-boot.bin并进而用u-boot和Dnw烧写韦东山的uImage内核+fs_qtopia.yaffs文件系统遇到的问题

这几天看了下韦东山老师的第一期视频,讲的挺好的,为了多锻炼下实操能力,于是乎就把箱底的mini2440给翻出来了。
1、为什么不用JZ2440呢?主要是因为没钱,再一个,韦东山老师也说了,都一样,换汤不换药;
2、为什么不用openJTAG呢?也是因为没钱,主要是不值得,就一个区区小东西,180块大洋啊,老师的板子也才300门;
3、手头正好也有JTAG V8,先试试,在网上找了片用JTAG烧写U-BOOT.bin到NOR FLASH的,最后几经周折成功了。看到了点小彩虹。但是后面的问题我就“好多母鸡”了,有点Hold不住了,请大家帮帮忙。
过程如下:
1、烧写完U-boot.bin到Nor Flash后,拔掉JTAG,然后从Nor Flash启动,在U-BOOT的选择界面中,先nand scrub一下。

Set the boot parameters
Boot the system
[r] Reboot u-boot
[q] Quit from menu
Enter your selection: q
OpenJTAG> nand scrub

2、之后呢,在选择n把u-boot烧写到nand flash中去;
3、然后改从nand flash启动,
4、在nand flash的u-boot选择界面中,依次选择k、y分别烧写uImage和fs_qtopia.yaffs
5、重新从nand flash启动,发现下面问题,出现很多bad block,之后蜂鸣器就开始死命的叫叫叫!!!

我用过mini2440的板子,从来都不烧NOR flash。现在vivi的功能都够用了。你做UBOOT 内核移植都可以用,也简单,不用去jtag去折腾nor.浪费大把时间啊。。你这个系统起来了,估计文件系统有问题。有时间可以交流下。
