根文件系统加proto=tcp造成卡死无法创建根文件系统

造成无法创建根文件系统，一直是卡死状态，如图：


若是环境变量这样设置：(不加protoc=tcp)

解决了，这个问题分两种情况，
第一种是环境变量bootargs设置错了，特别是IP地址很容易搞混
第二种是我帖子的问题，
我的属于第二种情况，解决办法，很简单，就是把ubuntu重装，但不要用原子提供的ubuntu，用网上的镜像，例如阿里提供的镜像ubuntu，怀疑是原子提供的ubuntu版本低了点
