在学习FreeRTOS的任务创建与挂起时，遇到了如下代码：                            if( xSchedulerRunning != pdFALSE )

开发手册的解释是：重新计算一下还要多长时间执行下一个任务，也就是下一个任务的解锁时间。防止有任务的解锁时间参考了刚刚被挂起的那个任务。
