minicom安装好后出现Illegal instruction

安装正点原子的教程，安装好用后，把文件放入开发板的上，最后使用minicom -v命令石出现Illegal instruction，命令非法，请问大佬这是什么原因呢？

配置的时候增加CFLAGS=-march=armv4会出现
