stm32f0探索者ST-LINK Utility下载问题

最近在学习stm32f051，开发板上自带ST的st-link，通过ST-LINK Utility下载的时候无法连接芯片。当USB连上开发板时显示尝试连接时显示： If you're trying to connect to an STM32W1xx device, please select Normal or HotPlug mode from Target->Settings menu.
                                                         If you're trying to connect to a low frequency application , please select a lower SWD Frequency mode from Target->Settings menu.

下图是用户手册对于stlink下载的说明介绍和详细的用户手册，板子自身不需要什么改动，求大神指导！！！！！！！
