TIM_GetCapture与TIM_GetCounter得到的计数值为什么不一样》？

我设置定时器3预分频72-1，也就说定时器周期1us，我用TIM_GetCapture得到的时间如下图x=39，而TIM_GetCounter得到的却为1，这两个函数得到的不应该是定时器计数器的值吗，为什么不相等

CNT是当前计数器值，CCR2是比较值。
